HERNDON, Virginia — The new 2015 Audi Q3 premium compact crossover starts at $33,425, including a $925 destination charge.
The midrange 2015 Audi Q3 Premium Plus Quattro starts at $35,525, including shipping.
Audi's top-of-the-line 2015 Q3 Prestige Quattro model starts at $39,425, including shipping.
The five-passenger 2015 Q3 arrives at U.S. dealerships this fall.
It is equipped with a standard 200-horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine linked to a six-speed Tiptronic transmission. Other standard equipment includes LED daytime running headlights, LED taillights and dual-zone automatic climate control.
Additional features include a power tailgate and MMI navigation system with voice control. An optional Sport package includes sport seats, shift paddles and the Audi Drive Select system, which lets the driver adjust the shift points and throttle mapping of the Q3 at the touch of a button.
Car shoppers this week got a better idea of how the competition is shaping up among the German rivals in this growing segment. Pricing also was announced on the new 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class, which starts at $32,225, including a $925 destination charge.
