2017 Infiniti QX30 Bound for Dealerships in September, Starting at $30,945


NASHVILLE, Tennessee — The all-new 2017 Infiniti QX30 compact crossover will arrive at Infiniti dealerships in September with a starting price of $30,945, including a $995 destination charge.

Among its competitors are the Audi Q3, BMW X1 and Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class.

The 2017 QX30 will come in several versions: QX30, QX30 Luxury, QX30 Premium, QX30 Sport, QX30 Luxury AWD and QX30 Premium AWD.

The base model is front-wheel-drive.

A 208-horsepower, 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine coupled with a seven-speed, dual-clutch automatic transmission is fitted to all models.

The QX30 Premium AWD starts at $38,695, including destination charge. Details include unique front and rear lower fascias, extended overfenders, black mold-in color side sills, roof rails, 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels and a higher ride height.

The QX30 Sport is priced at $39,495, including destination charge. It adds unique front and rear lower fascias, gloss black grille, body-color side sill panels, dark chrome exhaust finishers and 19-inch Gun Metallic aluminum-alloy wheels.

The initial QX30 buyers will be able to take advantage of a special QX30 Reservation Program, which includes a choice of several premium gifts.

They include a GoPro Hero4 Silver camera, Bose SoundLink headphones, a Starwood Preferred Guest one-night accommodation, Gilt online shopping experience and a "specially curated culinary experience."

Edmunds says: Infiniti is whetting the appetite of luxury shoppers with its new premium crossover.
