The old-school games have proven to be a customer favorite and helped the dealership cement its family-friendly reputation.
"Kids of all ages like it," said Chris Premont, E-commerce and business development manager at Ron Carter Hyundai.
Patrons are allowed to use them for free, with each console sporting 60 different vintage games.
Pac-Man was brought in more than two years ago as a way to entertain customers who were waiting to speak to the finance department, Premont told Edmunds.
At the time, the dealership was renting the machines but after seeing how much customers enjoyed them, they purchased them to make them a permanent feature in their lounge, which is also stocked with complimentary snacks.
"I think their presence helps customers feel more comfortable here, especially those that are returning to buy their subsequent third or fourth car here, because it is part of their entire Ron Carter Hyundai experience," Premont said.
Edmunds says: Ron Carter Hyundai scores bonus points with car shoppers with the help of Pac-Man.
