2016 Fiat 500X Set for Customization With Mopar Accessories

AUBURN HILLS, Michigan — The 2016 Fiat 500X compact crossover can be customized with more than 100 Mopar accessories, Fiat-Chrysler announced on Thursday.

The 500X, which competes with the Mini Cooper Countryman and Nissan Juke, is on sale now at Fiat dealerships.

Pricing on the Mopar accessories ranges from under $20 to $1,775.

"The addition of more than 100 Mopar accessories from which to choose provides customers unlimited potential for giving an even more distinct and unique personality to the all-new 2016 Fiat 500X," said Pietro Gorlier, president and CEO of Mopar Brand Service, Parts and Customer Care, in a statement.

Buyers can select from 14 exterior graphics packages that will be available at launch, including the special-edition Rebel graphics package. It bundles a red hood, roof and spoiler graphics, along with red-and-gray body-side graphics. Graphics packages range from $100 to $495.

There are three 18-inch wheel options, with a fourth option available in July. These are priced at $275 per wheel.

The interior can be dressed up with leather Katzkin seats, ranging in price from $813 for uninstalled seats to $1,775 for installed seats.

A spare-tire kit is priced at $295, while a $495 Mopar Web WiFi service kit turns the vehicle into a roving hotspot. It allows five WiFi-enabled devices to connect to the Internet.

Edmunds says: Buyers can put their own personal stamp on the Fiat 500X, with the help of Fiat dealers.
