The Ford SVT Raptor has the ability to go almost anywhere, but we couldn't help but feel it could be doing it a lot quicker. Thankfully, a mid-year update adds a 6.2-liter V8 producing 411 hp and 434 lb-ft of torque. To see what this new engine can do, we brought the Raptor to the Edmunds test track to generate performance numbers. Acceleration was tested with 0-60 and quarter-mile tests, while braking was calculated using 60-0. Handling tests included a timed slalom and two trips around a skid pad to generate a lateral acceleration calculation.
