TORRANCE, California — The 2014 Honda Civic Si Coupe and Sedan receive a $275 price increase for the new model year, according to American Honda Motor Co.
The base 2014 Honda Civic Si Coupe starts at $23,580, including a $790 destination charge.

The 2014 Civic Si Coupe arrives at dealerships on March 12, while the Si Sedan follows on March 26.
Both cars get a retuned exhaust system that boosts the engine output by four to 205 horsepower. The Si's 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine is mated to a six-speed manual transmission.
The suspension is revised with higher rate springs, new dampers and a stiffer rear stabilizer bar.
The restyled Civic Si Coupe gets larger 18-inch alloy wheels, new taillight lenses and side mirrors. Other details include the Si-exclusive grille, rear air diffuser and a large wing spoiler.
Both models add Honda's new 7-inch Display Audio touchscreen as standard equipment. Also standard is the Smart Entry system with push-button start.
The high-performance Si models compete with sporty, high-end versions of the Chevrolet Cruze, Ford Focus, Hyundai Elantra and Toyota Corolla.
