Absolute waist of time and money

2021 BMW 3 Series
I bought a brand new 2021 330i xDrive on December 30th. Then, on January 16, the car was defected after driving only 150 miles. All of a sudden, the car stopped recognizing the key fob and the engine was not starting. Neither the main key, the spare key, or the access card were able to start the engine. All 4 windows and sunroof opened up themselves and could not be closed. The whole car … system got locked up and did not do anything except lock/unlock the doors.
The worst of all was the so-called roadside assistance who failed to send a tow truck and left me stranded in a parking lot for 5 hours! Eventually, I had to tow the car myself and send it to the dealership.
