Fast & Furious Cars: 2003 Honda S2000

Background Noise

Just because this fourth chapter of the franchise was going to be heavy on U.S.-made muscle of various sorts, that doesn't mean the producers weren't going to throw a few imports in to keep that crowd happy. After all, Honda owners buy movie tickets, too.

For one of the large street racing scenes, the Fast & Furious production rented two heavily modified Honda S2000s from Southern California's Bulletproof Automotive, after the cars were spotted at one of the production's car-casting calls. Imagine them surrounded by hot Asian chicks in short skirts and boots and you understand the context in which they were used. Both were returned intact.
