Owners Say

The overall sentiment among owners of the 2024 Lexus RX is mixed. Many owners praised the vehicle for its comfortable ride, modern features, and fuel economy, especially the hybrids. However, some were disappointed with the engine noise, technology errors, and design choices like electronic door latches. There are also complaints about costly repairs and the unresponsive dealership services concerning these issues. While some truly love their new ride, others expected more from the brand's reputation.
