Because I new the exact make, model and color vehicle I wanted, I simply wanted to get in and out with no hassle and minimal time. Adam u deed today this… and did everything humanly possible to make my experience a positive one. Before I even arrived at the dealership we discussed my needs and he got it right away. Upon arriving it was all set up. My new 2016 Ford Fusion Hydrid was waiting outside the office. Adam met me, took me for a test drive, thoroughly answered questions about the vehicle, and the process and before long we had a deal. I signed the deal within a couple hours. It wasn't done there. After signing, Adam took me through every feature of my new vehicle and made sure I was pleased with my purchase, I've never had this service in the detail form he provided. Even after I drove off, within a couple hours he was checking in to make sure I was enjoying my vehicle. For some it may sound like over kill but I call it attention to detail and just what this customer needed. Ask for Adam Chernoski, you can't go wrong, great service!Great Purchase!

Adam was professional and low key, answered questions I… had, responded to emails in a timely manner and phone calls and didn't try any pressure sales techniques experienced at other dealerships. He answered our questions before we went to see him, and not just try to get us into the dealership. He didn't try to pressure us into buying a car when we were clear that we were just doing research. Once we visited with him we ended up with a new vehicle that we are thoroughly enjoying!! -. If youre going to buy a vehicle, Please pick Planet Ford an talk to Adam!Randall Reed personnel LIE to sell vehicles.
by JeffWasLiedTo on 06/29/2016I will never purchase a vehicle from [non-permissible content removed] again. When I purchased a used 2014 Ford F250, I purchased a premium maintenance plan. After I gave the paperwork back to the person, he marked through the "premium"… and indicated "basic" plan. I purchased numerous other insurance and warranty plans with this vehicle. They informed me that all of these plans could be cancelled with full reimbursement at any time I desired. I was given a signed document stating that I was indeed supposed to have the premium maintenance plan, but after dragging their feet for several months the company informed me that there was nothing they could do for me. I cancelled most of the plans, but was informed that the Tire/Wheel and Windshield Insurance was non refundable. This was in direct contradiction to what I was told at the time of the sale. To this day, I still have not received any reimbursement for these insurance and warranty programs.Planet Ford Making it Easy

by Saralisanti on 05/31/2016Yesterday, my husband and I set out to buy a F-250. We had a quote from edmunds from planet ford. The dealer kept trying to balk at the quote. Then the finance manager Tony came in a tried to strong arm us. He wanted us to sign and say we'd… buy the truck if they gave it to us for the price from edmunds without agreeing on a monthly statement. We we told him no, we'd like to agree on a price for the vehicle then look at monthly payments, tony just looked at us and said bye. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever experienced at a dealership. We turned around and went to Tomball Ford where they treated us fairly and were respectful and we bought the F-250. I would not recommend going to planet ford. Obviously, size isn't everything.Great Experience

They throw parts at your car.. if it doesn't even fix your car they want you to pay for the part.. took my truck there and they put part in...319 dollars then they want to put a 800… dollar part in and charge me 1100.00.. called another ford dealer told then my truck problems and they told me the parts they were throwing at it were NOT NEEDED!! My truck was pulled out of PLANET FORD and took to other place to BE FIXED!! I ended up not PAYING A DIME [non-permissible content removed].Great car buying experience!!!!
by MyCarPlace on 11/02/2015I saw this fantastic deal online and figured it was just a gimmick. When I called Ben Hutzler at Planet Ford he confirmed they had a 2015 Fiesta at the great price I saw. We negotiated a bit and he even agreed to deliver my car 50 miles… away at NO COST to me. It was a great car buying experience, no pressure, VERY competitive price, no high pressure sales on the extended warranty. Austin the finance guy even suggested some interesting lease options that were advantageous to my personal situation. We did this all over the internet and email/phone. I love this little Fiesta! It's comfortable, rides like a bigger car, quiet, peppy and gets great gas mileage. I took a road trip and keeping up with the fastest cars on the freeway it got over 36mpg!! Driven a bit more conservative I can see 40+ mpg. Look to buy/lease my next car from Planet Ford in Spring Texas.DO WHAT CUSTOMER WANTS!!!
by dannyg75 on 10/04/2015I recently had my tuck serviced there not once but twice due to my brakes locking up. 1st time I told them to change all new brakes calipers ect. they were told to change them but the service manger told me he didn't think they needed… changing. my brakes froze up again because of that. I wanted them to change it the 1st time because they had everything apart. they chose not to listen now I am stuck paying this bill twice. They did not help me with the tow bill or anything else for that matter. I am from out of town and they took me to the cleaners.Best Car Buying Experience Ever

Worked with Bill Lynch for the sales part, most of it was done via email, so all that was left was to test drive and sign the bottom line. Bill is very courteous and knows his… vehicles inside and out. Can answer any question you have. I will definitely go back to Bill Lynch at Planet Ford in Spring and highly recommend his service as it was outstanding. He made a customer for life with us. The financing department was great too. They worked with whatever I asked for and was willing to give me all the numbers I wanted to look at. Both David Sherman and Ben Di Blasio were very friendly and fun to work with. by Jayg2304 on 09/17/2015I purchased 2014 mustang. There was a large scratch on the side of the vehicle and they ended up taking care of the scratch no additional charge. Great. It takes a week after I sign paperwork. Once I get the car, there's only one key. I ask… the salesman why it didn't come with two. It's only a year old car. Trade in only gave them one key. So they only give one key. There was never any upfront talk about only being one key. You would figure it would come with two. Now they are unwilling to provide an extra key, knowing it costs around 280 for extra key to be made. I tried contacting them. Left a couple voicemails. After I get a hold of Charlie, (used car director), he offers 100 credit to purchasing extra key. I felt I should be given the extra key, given I just bought a 19k vehicle from them. He said he would give me a call back the next day. No call. Terrible customer service, not making the customer feel appreciated that they purchased a vehicle from them. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I felt I was taken advantage of, even though it being as small as a key. If they're willing to lose business from one customer because they don't want to give an extra key, when any car they sell SHOULD come with two keys, I wouldn't deal with their dishonesty. Not only the key issue. When I went for the test drive. The car's front right tire was flat. Knowing that there could possibly be an issue with the tire, all they did was inflate it and sell it. Not a week later, the tire pressure monitor showed low pressure again for the same tire. Not satisfied with the service I was given. The supervisors did not make any effort to contact me. I had to keep calling them. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.Terrible customer service
by queenjolene on 08/08/2015Extremely dissatisfied customer. Would not recommend sales or service departments. Tried to be give Planet Ford the benefit of the doubt, be patient, and work as a team. Instead I was patted on the head and basically told my business or… loyalty didn't matter. Purchased a new truck 2.5 years ago from Planet Ford and have had multiple service issues. Truck completely shut down on 3 separate occasions, stranding me with my 2 year old in 100 degree temps! Each time I took it back to Planet Ford and the solution has been to the replace battery. 3 times!!! How can I have had 3 bad batteries on a two year old vehicle? The same issue keeps happening, complete shut down when the care was running perfectly minutes before. When I asked about trading it, I was insulted to receive absolutely zero consideration or discount. In addition, I felt patronized by your staff including Charlie Mutz and Brad Stapp. The truck is in my name and I'm the one who made all inquiries, yet calls were only returned to my husband's phone number and I was specifically told, "I'd be glad to call and talk to you husband about this."stay away

Condescending tone because HE didn't know what an oil consumption test was. So anyway, I left the car there overnight.… Next day they did not inform me that my mustang was ready for pick up but I got a ride there anyway. They said "oh yeah, it's ready." Now I've been waiting approximately 45 minutes(and counting) for them to pull my car up so I can go. I seriously don't trust them to pull up a manual car or even do an oil change. Inadequate, totally inadequate. Stay far away and do it yourself. They don't [non-permissible content removed] once they sell you a car.Fast, easy and no pressure

Filled out the online application and when I was ready to go in and sign, it took less than 45 minutes from the time I stepped onto the lot to the time… I drove off in my new truck. I have purchased vehicles from Planet Ford in the past, and feel this was by far the best experience to date. I have t had any bad experiences, but his one stands out on its own.Horrible service experience
by CortniW on 07/21/2015I chose to buy a certified preowned car since it had supposedly been checked over throughly and passed all these test, instead of shipping a brand new car down from Oklahoma. I found a crack and plastic pieces that had been chewed up on the… front bumper of the vehicle the day after buying it. Called back and was told to bring the car back in, now a week and half later the car still isn't fixed and I get multiple stories as to why it still isn't done. You let a car drive off your lot that was supposedly looked over top to bottom, that has clearly been messed up someway somehow and I the customer get put out and have to wait an excessive amount of time and get multiple stories. Seems as though the dealership is understaffed and truly doesn't care about their customer. I will never bring my car back to this dealership and will definitely never refer anyone here. Beware!Great Experience

I owe this mostly to the great work that the salesman did in finding me… the correct vehicle, and the right price. John Ryan was the salesperson and he worked his butt off to make things right for us. I will always go to PF for any vehicle purchase that I will make in the future and I will recommend PF to others.Heard good things seen none of it

They showed me a few vehicles and I found a dodge that I loved... Well that day we started working on the deal. I live… 2:45 from the dealership and I was told come back Saturday and hopefully I will be able to leave with the truck after doing the paperwork. I show up Saturday and the truck hadn't been touched! I sat there waiting to sign paperwork after not being told how much the vehicle was that I was trying to buy and not knowing how much I was getting for my trade in. I didn't know how much I was buying the truck for until the finance man showed it to me after signing several papers I had no opportunity to talk down the price and it's partially my fault for not putting my foot down but that is not how a dealership should do business it wasn't professional by any means. It is now Thursday of the following week and still no truck I had a guy call me and say he was there to help me out and get my truck moving through service and things of that matter on Monday. Tuesday I talked with him shortly, Wednesday night at 9 I got a text and now it Thursday and I haven't heard a word from him. This was the worst experience I have ever heard of and I tried to just sit back and take it but I'm tired of being ignored from this dealership! I have tried calling my salesmen but apparently every time I call they can't be found so I am asked to leave a message I'm not sure if I'm the only one who has had problems with this but I honestly can't say anything good about planet ford and I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from there!Left the oil pan hanging

I arrived an hour later and the tire was mounted , balanced and installed , along… with re-installing my spare in trunk within 45 minutes. Didn't even have time to finish my free soft drink. I'm impressed ,again, with Planet Ford. EXCEPTIONAL comes to mind.certified pre owned

If I didn't live literally down the street from them I wouldn't have found myself there, but I had a small list of cars I wanted to test drive and ford was… last on my list, maybe being because I've driven Chevys for many years of my life. Nathan was our salesman who helped us pick out our great car that matched our budget with features exceeding our expectations. The whole staff at Planet Ford was great and made my whole car buying experience quick and painless. I highly recommend Planet Ford if your looking for a preowned vehicle.
