Extremely dissatisfied customer. Would not recommend sales or service departments. Tried to be give Planet Ford the benefit of the doubt, be patient, and work as a team. Instead I was patted on the head and basically told my business or loyalty didn't matter. Purchased a new truck 2.5 years ago from Planet Ford and have had multiple service issues. Truck completely shut down on 3 separate occasions, stranding me with my 2 year old in 100 degree temps! Each time I took it back to Planet Ford and the solution has been to the replace battery. 3 times!!! How can I have had 3 bad batteries on a two year old vehicle? The same issue keeps happening, complete shut down when the care was running perfectly minutes before. When I asked about trading it, I was insulted to receive absolutely zero consideration or discount. In addition, I felt patronized by your staff including Charlie Mutz and Brad Stapp. The truck is in my name and I'm the one who made all inquiries, yet calls were only returned to my husband's phone number and I was specifically told, "I'd be glad to call and talk to you husband about this."
