Wow, I don't even know where to start... First people you meet at the service counter were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Condescending tone because HE didn't know what an oil consumption test was. So anyway, I left the car there overnight. Next day they did not inform me that my mustang was ready for pick up but I got a ride there anyway. They said "oh yeah, it's ready." Now I've been waiting approximately 45 minutes(and counting) for them to pull my car up so I can go. I seriously don't trust them to pull up a manual car or even do an oil change. Inadequate, totally inadequate. Stay far away and do it yourself. They don't [non-permissible content removed] once they sell you a car.
