Left the oil pan hanging

Routine oil change, they pulled up my 2014 truck after the service WITH THE OIL PAN HANGING off the vehicle...I've bled ford blue for 36 years, but will NEVER buy another ford product after the way I was treated at Planet Ford on IH 45.
