I needed a new tire for my 2015 Ford Taurus, due to my driving mistake. They did not have the tire when I called but said one would be there within an hour. I arrived an hour later and the tire was mounted , balanced and installed , along with re-installing my spare in trunk within 45 minutes. Didn't even have time to finish my free soft drink. I'm impressed ,again, with Planet Ford. EXCEPTIONAL comes to mind.
