I chose to buy a certified preowned car since it had supposedly been checked over throughly and passed all these test, instead of shipping a brand new car down from Oklahoma. I found a crack and plastic pieces that had been chewed up on the front bumper of the vehicle the day after buying it. Called back and was told to bring the car back in, now a week and half later the car still isn't fixed and I get multiple stories as to why it still isn't done. You let a car drive off your lot that was supposedly looked over top to bottom, that has clearly been messed up someway somehow and I the customer get put out and have to wait an excessive amount of time and get multiple stories. Seems as though the dealership is understaffed and truly doesn't care about their customer. I will never bring my car back to this dealership and will definitely never refer anyone here. Beware!
