I purchased 2014 mustang. There was a large scratch on the side of the vehicle and they ended up taking care of the scratch no additional charge. Great. It takes a week after I sign paperwork. Once I get the car, there's only one key. I ask the salesman why it didn't come with two. It's only a year old car. Trade in only gave them one key. So they only give one key. There was never any upfront talk about only being one key. You would figure it would come with two. Now they are unwilling to provide an extra key, knowing it costs around 280 for extra key to be made. I tried contacting them. Left a couple voicemails. After I get a hold of Charlie, (used car director), he offers 100 credit to purchasing extra key. I felt I should be given the extra key, given I just bought a 19k vehicle from them. He said he would give me a call back the next day. No call. Terrible customer service, not making the customer feel appreciated that they purchased a vehicle from them. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I felt I was taken advantage of, even though it being as small as a key. If they're willing to lose business from one customer because they don't want to give an extra key, when any car they sell SHOULD come with two keys, I wouldn't deal with their dishonesty. Not only the key issue. When I went for the test drive. The car's front right tire was flat. Knowing that there could possibly be an issue with the tire, all they did was inflate it and sell it. Not a week later, the tire pressure monitor showed low pressure again for the same tire. Not satisfied with the service I was given. The supervisors did not make any effort to contact me. I had to keep calling them. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
