Planet Ford

Yesterday, my husband and I set out to buy a F-250. We had a quote from edmunds from planet ford. The dealer kept trying to balk at the quote. Then the finance manager Tony came in a tried to strong arm us. He wanted us to sign and say we'd buy the truck if they gave it to us for the price from edmunds without agreeing on a monthly statement. We we told him no, we'd like to agree on a price for the vehicle then look at monthly payments, tony just looked at us and said bye. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever experienced at a dealership. We turned around and went to Tomball Ford where they treated us fairly and were respectful and we bought the F-250. I would not recommend going to planet ford. Obviously, size isn't everything.
