I will never purchase a vehicle from [non-permissible content removed] again. When I purchased a used 2014 Ford F250, I purchased a premium maintenance plan. After I gave the paperwork back to the person, he marked through the "premium" and indicated "basic" plan. I purchased numerous other insurance and warranty plans with this vehicle. They informed me that all of these plans could be cancelled with full reimbursement at any time I desired. I was given a signed document stating that I was indeed supposed to have the premium maintenance plan, but after dragging their feet for several months the company informed me that there was nothing they could do for me. I cancelled most of the plans, but was informed that the Tire/Wheel and Windshield Insurance was non refundable. This was in direct contradiction to what I was told at the time of the sale. To this day, I still have not received any reimbursement for these insurance and warranty programs.
