Started with the online sales first, and that was a winner. Worked with Bill Lynch for the sales part, most of it was done via email, so all that was left was to test drive and sign the bottom line. Bill is very courteous and knows his vehicles inside and out. Can answer any question you have. I will definitely go back to Bill Lynch at Planet Ford in Spring and highly recommend his service as it was outstanding. He made a customer for life with us. The financing department was great too. They worked with whatever I asked for and was willing to give me all the numbers I wanted to look at. Both David Sherman and Ben Di Blasio were very friendly and fun to work with.
