    I came in prepared to give my salesman an earfull about the used civic I just bought. The cruise control was not working and I couldn't figure out the after-market stereo system. My salesman was not there so I had to deal with another salesman. I sure wish I had him instead of my actual salesman. Richard took me out to my car and showed me how to work the cruise control as well as my stereo. He went above and beyond when he offered to program my radio preset stations. I was so ready to be mad at someone when I got there but Richard difused the situation and took time to make sure I was taken care of...even though I wasn't his customer. Thank you Richard and thank you Klein Honda! Made a repeat customer out of me!

    Well here’s my experience with Klein Honda. I was originally at the dealer to service my 2013 Accord EX, but then somehow came home with a new 2014 Accord! While my car was being serviced, the General Manager Ryan introduced himself and asked about my day and how I was doing. Ryan then offered to put me in a brand new 2014 Accord. I was a little skeptical at first, until I saw the deal Ryan offered me. He paid above bluebook for my trade and kept my payment almost the same. This was my first experience of having no pressure to buy. Other than having the best price, I received superior customer service!

    Use extreme caution. Buyer Beware. They will make promises but as soon as the papers are signed and they have your money it is too bad so sad.Ripped us off. Made promises to get us to buy then fell way short.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.We purchased a brand new Civic EX but wanted the L model. They did not have one but promised to convert an EX to an L for us. They promised we would be happy with it etc. etc. and if we did not like it they will make it correct. We complained immediately upon seeing it and stated the workmanship was comparable to back yard mechanic. Josh H. basically said to bad so sad. I checked our paperwork and the satisfaction of their work was not in writing. We lose.Make absolutely certain to get everything in writing before signing anything. Better yet go to a different dealer. Next year I will buy another for myself but will choose Sims or Lynnwood. If I could give these guys 0 stars or even - I would

    My husband and I just bought a certified 2011 Honda CRV. We were treated very fairly and although some negotiations had to be made, we ended up very happy at the end of the day. We were treated fairly and with respect. Everything went smoothly from the time we sent in or internet inquiry up to the time we signed paper work in their business office. We won't go anywhere else to purchase. Buy only from Klein Honda. You won't regret it!

    i purchased a new crv from klein about 2 weeks ago. i waited to review to make sure that i gave a fair appraisal of the buy and also made sure that they followed through on some promises. i can say that everything went extremly well. klein was the second honda store and third overall store that i visited and they were head about the others. the pricing was easy as i used the instaquote from thenternet and was assisted by Bebs who make it all flow so easily. my sales person was joe and he also did a great job. i would highly recommend this team to my friends.

    I don't like haggling with auto salespeople in person so I communicated online with about a dozen dealerships simultaneously. About 25% of them refused to negotiate pricing that way, and the rest varied in competitiveness and responsiveness. Early in the process Klein said it would meet or beat my lowest quote. It did. I wasn't sure if Klein would honor its commitment once I showed up to do the paperwork. It did. Sure, Klein may not be located in the toniest part of town or brew the best coffee, but if you want to save money and avoid being hassled, work with Klein.

    I'm a first time buyer and decided to go to Klein Honda and let me tell you, I couldnt be happier that I did! The process was easier than I imagined, all in thanks to the staff. I am now a proud owner of a CR-V! Ive witnessed first hand from my parents buying our family cars that the buying process can be quite exhausting, so I'm glad Klein was able to help me out. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for future cars.

    I dealt with two of the front-line sales reps, both playing the fairly standard sales tactics - namely "Don't worry about the price tag on the car, we can work with you..." and "You're car really isn't worth as much as you think... but we can take it off your hands easier than you could sell it." Very friendly front-line staff, willing to talk with you, understanding, and a bit pushy, but if you don't want pushy sales tactics, don't go to a dealership. Definitely some of the best waiting perks available for any dealership I have been in - free coffee - not just the really bad stuff that has been sitting on a hot plate all day long either. They had a full on hot chocolate dispenser, with fairly fancy coffee from the same automated dispenser. Then you get to the back room staff, because the funny thing is: I know how much my car's trade in value is, and they seriously undervalued it, until I started hard-balling my negotiations. Also they said there was no way they could meet our price for their high mileage used Civic. On our way out the door, all of a sudden there was a buyer for our car in the dealership ready to sign the next morning, and they could meet our price for the Civic, etc. The front-line staff stayed in contact with us, looking for cars within our requested range, but the back-room staff is far too pushy for the high prices. I found a lower mileage Civic with just as good of condition with more options for less price outside of the dealership. My car would also sell higher than what the dealer was offering for trade-in. All around, I can spend less money away from Klein Honda.

    i am writing this because i really believe that the people at klein honda are really good and deserve to get a big thank you. i have a three year old honda pilot. i had done my service work at kirkland or bellvue honda as i live between them but work at boeing. i saw that klein offers a 10% discount to boeing employees so i decided to give them a try. the idea of using the shuttle to get me to work and not having the hassel with my wife redoing her daily plan seemed good. first off the regular oil change at klein is lower than the coupon price at either kirkland or bellevue. no appointment and still easy. i have now used the service department three times so i can say with confidence they are good people to work with and the prices are very good. i would recommend klein to my family and co workers.

    we got an esales quote from Klein in about 5 minutes. the lynnwood store tried to play games right out of the gate...no upfront pricing. we went to klein and met Babs from esales who help us fly through the process. no games and no suprises...just what we were looking for. yes we got a really good price to plus we got a great rate of only 0.9%

    I had purchased a new used vehicle not too long ago from a different dealership with extremely high payments and was reconsidering trading it in for an older used vehicle in hopes to lower my monthly payments. I went to Klein Honda because I've had a few friends who have purchased cars there and told me only good things. Matt Fletcher was great & enthusiastic at assisting and working with me as well as his colleagues to help me find the perfect fit, despite my strict list of things I wanted and didn't want. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to trade in my vehicle but I had a great experience working with Matt and the dealership themselves that when the time is right I will definitely come back and hopefully next time around purchase a car.

    Bought a 2012 Pilot Touring from Klein, gave the best price quote by far and a sent me it in writing prior to picking up the car. Do your homework, you are about to spend a lot of money after all. Know what you want to pay and what the value of your trade is. Just say no to “extended warranty”, you can always buy one later for a lot less money. Hold your ground and if things don’t go your way just leave, there a lots of other cars out there. Klein gave me a total price with montly payments via email, honored it at the dealership. Listened when I said no thanks to high priced accessories that I could buy cheaper on line, let me test drive my car, showed me how everything worked, and sent me on my way. Their internet department is very accomodating, you can get everything set into motion on line. You will be handed off to a floor salesman when you arrive to close the deal, but it appears you get one of the more senior ones not some of the young clowns I saw slinkng around the place. I had a very good experience at Klein Honda.

    The longest trip to the service center of a dealership ever. I had an appointment at 9:30AM for a warranty one tail light replacement and headrest check ( it needed to be lube). Checked in a little before the appt. time, but the car sat outside for over an hour. 4 hrs later, They were done. Why bother with the appointment then? That is slow by any standards. I will never go back there for service again.

    Received a "no-haggle" price guarantee for Klein Honda from a membership pricing program. Got an email from one person, and I replied with exactly what I was looking for, and asked for a bottom line, total price. Got a runaround answer on return. Asked for the pricing information again. Then got an email from "EJ Scoll" who appeared to be "stepping in" and telling me I'd need to come in, fill out some paperwork and -then- we could "discuss" the numbers, even though I supposedly had a "no hassle" price guarantee. Told him, again, exactly what I wanted, and asked again for the bottom line total price. Three days later, got a "total" price that was almost $5000 more than the ballpark range everyone else (all the other dealers, I contacted were within $0-$250 of each other) and so obviously, I didn't purchase there. Never even heard back from Shain Patrick, the program director, who I emailed directly. Not a peep. Ended up buying the vehicle elsewhere, for exactly what that dealership quoted me, in their first response after my email to them. How hard is that???

    My first contact was with an "Internet Manager" who knew of a car that was not yet listed on the website. The vehicle met my needs well, but of course I needed to see it and start considering it as a purchase. The car still needed to finish being inspected and approved for sale, which happened very quickly...perhaps too quickly.The day I arrived to have my first viewing I was confronted with 2 salesmen which was not a good experience. One was much more aggressive than the other. I found his manner much too confident and confrontational. The other salesman was Mike S. who was much more easy-going and reasonable to discuss issues with. We spent a lot of time negotiating the vehicle price, and were able to agree on a price. For my own peace of mind I wanted to take the car to have it independently inspected, which became a bit of an issue. But I insisted and Mike did agree with my needs and helped with all of the arrangements. There were a few other small details that needed addressing before the transaction was to be completed, and Mike has been very helpful in resolving them.

    we jut purchased a 2014 Odyssey. Klein was the dealer with the easiest and quickest up front pricing on the new odyssey. I will add that their price was also hundreds lower than the other store i checked with, even those listed as Edmunds perferred stores. i would have no hesitation in buying another car at this store.

    I started with Carsdirect.com which allowed me to send out quotes to the greater Puget Sound area Honda Dealerships for our New 2013 Honda Pilot EX 4WD. I received approximately 5-quotes from surrounding Puget Sound dealers one of which was from Robin with Internet Sales. From the get go Robin was able to provide me precise answers to each of my questions regarding pricing and availability. I provided Robin with my best price quoted price. Robin immediately responded within minutes that Klein would meet or beat the price thus saving me a 90-minute drive south. Robin in addition searched her inventory and confirmed that Klein had the exact make/model/color on their lot that we wanted. This was something that other internet sales managers were unable to provide me when I asked for an exact quote for the exact vehicle they would sell me even when I advised that I would provide them a deposit on the vehicle they found, knowing that they might have to have it shipped from another dealership. I felt a true sales person would have checked the Puget sound inventory and found the vehicle I wanted and then provided me an accurate quote. As we know all vehicles come with add-on options so I wanted a hard and fast price for the exact vehicle they would sell me. Robin was the only one able to provide me this specific information and be competitive in pricing. I could have saved 0.7% in taxes but paying the difference to Klein who was located within 5-miles of my residence was worth the difference to us. We arrived at the dealership and were immediately greeted by Robin who put us in touch with a new Salesperson Carlo and veteran, Phan. Both sales persons immediately were updated by Robin on our vehicle selection and the price agreement. Carlo brought the vehicle around and parked it under the awing because it was raining. Julie and I looked through the vehicle and Phan pointed out the add-on options along with the prices that would increase the quote, which I was already aware of from Robin. We agreed on the purchase and then sat down with Phan and Carlo and confirmed the numbers on paper and then finalized the sale. Carlo advised he is 3-weeks new and I feel with some self dedication toward learning the inside and outside of each vehicle on the lot along with his own personal spin on why he like the car he should do very well. The paperwork will come with time. Phan was there to provide some instruction to Carlo but I feel Carlo could do better with a more energetic salesperson who is willing to show Carlo the ropes. Phan knows the paperwork and the system and made sure we completely understood the purchase along with providing valuable opinions on options that we were considering. The rest of the sale sailed through smoothly with the assistance of the finance manager confirming we qualified for the 1.9% and allowed us several payment options to choose explaining each one in detail. We finished with a walk through on the vehicle and my only critique on this part would have been to pull the car into a lit garage and dry it off due to the evening hours and it had been raining. NOTE: Phan did grab an umbrella for us walking to and from the vehicle. Overall a very wonderful experience in purchasing our new car. We would definitely come back again.
