I don't like haggling with auto salespeople in person so I communicated online with about a dozen dealerships simultaneously. About 25% of them refused to negotiate pricing that way, and the rest varied in competitiveness and responsiveness. Early in the process Klein said it would meet or beat my lowest quote. It did.
