Understaffed and poor management
by gack16m on 06/30/2023After waiting for a week for a service appointment, when I dropped off my car, I was told that diagnosis would take another 7-10 days. The car was brought in for an issue with the ambient temperature sensor and check engine light. After… another 7 days, I was told that they ordered the parts and the car would be ready the following day. That never happened. It was finally ready on Friday. They now had my car for almost 2 weeks. I am still having an issue with the ambient temperature sensor and wonder if they did change it. A lesson was learned. Do not buy a used car or extended warranty from a dealer that does not sell that manufacturer. They not only lost any future service business from me, they also lost any new purchases form the AutoNation network.Hi, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at Autonation Buick GMC Henderson. Poor service
by Unhappy on 05/27/2023This place has lied to me and deceived me on more than one occasion. First off what good is a 7:30 am appointment for an oil change when they tell you it's going to be 2.5 to 3 hours? Then they ask you if you are going to wait, if you say… no then they will push your vehicle to the back of the line and you won't get it till 6pm. Yes this has happened to me. Also beware of the lies, twice I have had my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation, twice they 'signed off' on the rotation yet did not perform the work, I was able to prove to them both times that they lied to me. The first time I had arrived home and found that the wheel key that was under the back seat was undisturbed, no fingerprints on the wheels or tires to speak of and brake dust had been undisturbed. I called the Service dept and they assured me the work had been done. I went back to dealership and demanded to see a manger, the 'tapes' were reviewed and it was found that no tire rotation was done, I had to wait another hour and a half to get it done. The second time I went in, I had the wheel key in my pocket while in the waiting room, no one ever asked me for it, I also marked the inside of the wheels with a small piece of chalk, Once the service was done, I was called to the service writers office for the paperwork, I asked if my tires were rotated, the said of course. At that point I asked how was it done without a wheel key? I was told 'oh we have duplicate wheel keys'. I called BS and asked them to produce the duplicate, all a got was a dear in the headlight look. I immediately asked for a manager and explained what happened, indicating my wheel key in my pocket and the tires on the vehicle were undisturbed. It was taken back into their service bay and the tires were rotated.....another hour of my time waisted. I do not recommend this dealership for any service, you can not watch through any windows to see what is happening (like some other dealerships) you have no way of knowing if the work on you car is actually being done, and in my case it wasn't.Hi, we regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. Bad experience
by robin aiuto on 05/19/2023scheduled the appointment by phone, read the letter to the service scheduler in regards to the part I would need installed this was a part missing when the car was purchased, she ask if i would be leaving the vehicle, I said yes, I would… make arrangements for that.I brought the car to my scheduled appoint. Waited while the helper or porter did their checking out, Waited while he checked with the service/parts dept.( As did my person who was going into work a little late to give me a ride home) The part was not in, nor was it ordered! No courtesy call the night before to advise me of this. No follow up call, no apology. I will not recommend your service dept. Took the car for an oil change
by Grotto1 on 05/18/2023Upon arrival, I was waiting for an advisor to acknowledge me. Nobody came. Out of 6 advisors, no one moved. All I needed was an oil and filter change. Based on previous experience, I thought it will be 1 hour. I was informed it will be 21/2… to 3 hours. Really? I guess they do not have mechanics. Friendly service but could use more detailed info

Overall, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable and accommodating with lots of room and snacks and available. The wait was not too bad; however, my car was washed… after my service was done. I received my invoice with a description of the service done but it could have been more detailed on why they recommended certain services. by TerryHughes on 04/18/2023I took my pickup in for new tires and checking the alignment I had to take it back four times because they could not get the alignnment right. the truck would go straight to the right if you let go of the steering wheel. T he last time… there i was informed that the alignment was not giving the correct numbers and they had to just guess at the settings until the truck steered correctly. I still do not know if the alignment is correct and will need to return when the alignment machine is repaired. Bought secondhand Audi Q5

Was allowed to drive for a couple of hours by myself and check it out. Their System for Scheduling is Broken
by JustFixIt on 03/16/2023Our Acadia had a recall. We were notified to make an appointment. While scheduling the appointment we were told they would need to keep the car to determine what was needed. We arrived to two vehicles expecting to leave the Acadia. No… they just took the information that was already in their computer and were told we would need to schedule an appointment for the repair. I complained to the service manager and his demeanor was as though he wasn't even listening to me. While I was talking to him he walked around is office looking out into the area where the service writers work. That really pissed me off, so I said, you need to fix your fu....g system. He heard that cause he said, you don't need to talk to me like that. He should try making eye contact and I would not speak that way. Services writers are good. Phone center {wherever that is gets the blame for miscommunication but they are not interested in fixing it. Missed work that morning.. Still waiting for the repairs to be made which we were told would take a couple day..Hi, it is great to read such wonderful comments about your recent experience with us!
