scheduled the appointment by phone, read the letter to the service scheduler in regards to the part I would need installed this was a part missing when the car was purchased, she ask if i would be leaving the vehicle, I said yes, I would make arrangements for that.I brought the car to my scheduled appoint. Waited while the helper or porter did their checking out, Waited while he checked with the service/parts dept.( As did my person who was going into work a little late to give me a ride home) The part was not in, nor was it ordered! No courtesy call the night before to advise me of this. No follow up call, no apology. I will not recommend your service dept. As we value our time as much as you do yours.
