Took the car for an oil change

Upon arrival, I was waiting for an advisor to acknowledge me. Nobody came. Out of 6 advisors, no one moved. All I needed was an oil and filter change. Based on previous experience, I thought it will be 1 hour. I was informed it will be 21/2 to 3 hours. Really? I guess they do not have mechanics. I left and did the oil change somewhere else.
