Dealership Service Review
Our Acadia had a recall. We were notified to make an appointment. While scheduling the appointment we were told they would need to keep the car to determine what was needed. We arrived to two vehicles expecting to leave the Acadia. No they just took the information that was already in their computer and were told we would need to schedule an appointment for the repair. I complained to the service manager and his demeanor was as though he wasn't even listening to me. While I was talking to him he walked around is office looking out into the area where the service writers work. That really pissed me off, so I said, you need to fix your fu....g system. He heard that cause he said, you don't need to talk to me like that. He should try making eye contact and I would not speak that way. Services writers are good. Phone center {wherever that is gets the blame for miscommunication but they are not interested in fixing it. Missed work that morning.. Still waiting for the repairs to be made which we were told would take a couple day..
