This place has lied to me and deceived me on more than one occasion. First off what good is a 7:30 am appointment for an oil change when they tell you it's going to be 2.5 to 3 hours? Then they ask you if you are going to wait, if you say no then they will push your vehicle to the back of the line and you won't get it till 6pm. Yes this has happened to me. Also beware of the lies, twice I have had my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation, twice they 'signed off' on the rotation yet did not perform the work, I was able to prove to them both times that they lied to me. The first time I had arrived home and found that the wheel key that was under the back seat was undisturbed, no fingerprints on the wheels or tires to speak of and brake dust had been undisturbed. I called the Service dept and they assured me the work had been done. I went back to dealership and demanded to see a manger, the 'tapes' were reviewed and it was found that no tire rotation was done, I had to wait another hour and a half to get it done. The second time I went in, I had the wheel key in my pocket while in the waiting room, no one ever asked me for it, I also marked the inside of the wheels with a small piece of chalk, Once the service was done, I was called to the service writers office for the paperwork, I asked if my tires were rotated, the said of course. At that point I asked how was it done without a wheel key? I was told 'oh we have duplicate wheel keys'. I called BS and asked them to produce the duplicate, all a got was a dear in the headlight look. I immediately asked for a manager and explained what happened, indicating my wheel key in my pocket and the tires on the vehicle were undisturbed. It was taken back into their service bay and the tires were rotated.....another hour of my time waisted. I do not recommend this dealership for any service, you can not watch through any windows to see what is happening (like some other dealerships) you have no way of knowing if the work on you car is actually being done, and in my case it wasn't.
