Understaffed and poor management

After waiting for a week for a service appointment, when I dropped off my car, I was told that diagnosis would take another 7-10 days. The car was brought in for an issue with the ambient temperature sensor and check engine light. After another 7 days, I was told that they ordered the parts and the car would be ready the following day. That never happened. It was finally ready on Friday. They now had my car for almost 2 weeks. I am still having an issue with the ambient temperature sensor and wonder if they did change it. A lesson was learned. Do not buy a used car or extended warranty from a dealer that does not sell that manufacturer. They not only lost any future service business from me, they also lost any new purchases form the AutoNation network.
