Very nice and professional reception both by phone and in the office. No pushing and elaborate attempts to convince me to take the car. Was allowed to drive for a couple of hours by myself and check it out. I had a few issues some of which were taken care of on the spot others were dealt with a few days later by very friendly service staff. Very impressed. Great car.
