Friendly service but could use more detailed info

This was my first service experience at a GM dealership. Overall, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable and accommodating with lots of room and snacks and available. The wait was not too bad; however, my car was washed after my service was done. I received my invoice with a description of the service done but it could have been more detailed on why they recommended certain services. I came in for my 15,000 mile service and it was a bit pricey for just an oil change.
