Good overall service experience

After needing to reschedule the first appointment we made due to a mixup about having a loaner available, this second time went well. We did wait about 40… minutes to hear from a service advisor from the time of the appointment, but the advisor, Scott, and his apprentice, Skye, were both extremely professional and helpful. Scott was personable and engaged in helping me. They got me out the door in a loaner in less than a hour from the appointment time, which was a bit longer than the previous dealer in Los Angeles, but acceptable.Ira, thank you for letting us know Scott's efforts made a difference in your experience, overall. He took care of an issue I had with my Lexus ES350 without cost to me even though it is six months out of warranty. He made sure I was happy with everything… and I certainly was.
