Leland Glesmer at Germain Lexus saves the day!

I want to thank Leland so much for all his help on my recent visit to Lexus Germain in Naples. My car wouldn't start in the morning and I had a very important business appointment and it was crunch time. I called and I got an immediate appointment, a loaner car and the best service anyone could ever expect! Leland is always so friendly, knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining what is going on with my car. I made my meeting and it went well. Thank you Leland! 5 Star Service all around and I highly recommend Germain Lexus!
