Good overall service experience

onFirst time getting a service for our new Lexus and overall the experience was good. After needing to reschedule the first appointment we made due to a mixup about having a loaner available, this second time went well. We did wait about 40 minutes to hear from a service advisor from the time of the appointment, but the advisor, Scott, and his apprentice, Skye, were both extremely professional and helpful. Scott was personable and engaged in helping me. They got me out the door in a loaner in less than a hour from the appointment time, which was a bit longer than the previous dealer in Los Angeles, but acceptable.
