We have been fortunate to work with Scott Joiner at Germain Lexus of Naples for several years. All it takes is one phone call directly to him to arrange routine maintenance appointments or to quickly schedule service for any emergency. He oversees everything from start to finish very professionally and he is just a wonderful person. Everyone at Germain, from the receptionists to the service personnel, provides top-notch, professional service. We highly recommend Scott Joiner and Germain to keep your beautiful Lexus vehicles in tip-top shape!
