Germain Lexus does it again.

In today’s environment sometimes you feel like everything is going to pot. But it doesn’t have to be this way everywhere. My recent service visit is an example. At Germain Lexus, Alex Depew, my service representative handled every issue I have in an efficient and professional manner. He went out of his way to ensure that I was well cared for during my wait and that my every need was taken care of immediately. Thank you so much Alex. See you next time. Larry S
