onWe are snowbirds and this was our first trip to Germain Lexus. Dan Rusinik welcomed us at the door. Dan made us feel very comfortable. He even greeted our pet, Max and remembered his name throughout our service visit. Dan was knowledgeable about our vehicle and explained the service that our car was receiving. He listened respectfully to all our questions.
