Great service and professionalism

Scott Joiner was my service representative at Germain and was an absolute pleasure to work with. From my first conversation with him he answered my questions, took care of whatever I needed and always returned my call in a timely manner. My car was repaired in the timeframe I was told, a subsequent issue was taken care of without any problems and Scott followed up on everything. All in all, my experiences at Germain was excellent
