The service I received from my service expert Leeland Glesmer was above and beyond. He took care of an issue I had with my Lexus ES350 without cost to me even though it is six months out of warranty. He made sure I was happy with everything and I certainly was. This is my 5th ES I’ve had from Germain and have always been pleased with my dealings with the service team but Lee was over the top helpful all the way.
