I also asked my Service Advisor "Troy" to have the annual inspection done. I… really appreciate the fact that Troy was willing to discuss my requirements for the truck due to business usage. He provided expert advice and the service was done on time and with no issues. Troy also discussed what they noted during the service and I really appreciate the fact that he provides all the necessary facts to help me make the right decisions regarding my vehicle service Troy even went outside and brought my truck to the service area himself for my convenience. I'd recommend bringing your vehicle in to Purvis and I'd ask for "Troy" to be your Service Advisor. I promise that you won't be disappointed.Hi, thanks for your praise and kind comments about Troy. Appointment never kept by Ford service
by FRUSTRATED on 07/08/2023I had an appointment for my F-250 on July 6th 2023 for 0730 in the morning. When I finally called at 5 PM I was told my truck never made it into the shop!!!!! I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! I needed my truck on Thursday evening on the 6th to pick up… my boat to avoid an overnight fee. I was never called, I had to call Purvis Ford to find out the status of my truck. I was told my truck would be in first thing in the morning on the 7th!!! Let me repeat I had an appointment for the 6th of July at 0730. This is the second time that Purvis Ford did this to me! by Mdoyle525 on 07/05/2023My 2012 had an error that had to be addressed. Service advisor contacted me explained the issue and my recollection was 668.00 for repair. Upon picking up the vehicle it was 100.00 more give or take. I assume taxes and other service fees… weren't included in quote when he called. by Bob Pickett on 06/03/2023Team was great. They were very upfront about the service I was looking for. Explorers are have trouble with their backup cameras and associated adaptive drive software and that was my problem. They told me they didn't have a fix yet but… would let me know as soon as they did. I needed an oil change so went ahead with that. As part of their diagnostic check, they found my cruise control/adaptive drive module was dead and that they could fixit by the next day. I had an Enterprise warrantee on my car and they followed with the Enterprise company so they would pay for the repair. All worked out and the adaptive drive module is working now. Safety Recall and Service
by RonSta65 on 05/20/2023Made an apt 3 weeks out for a safety recall and service. Dropped it off the night before. Left it all day the next day. Picked it up at the end of the day. The paper work was handed to me and vehicle brought up. NO mention that recall… wasn't addressed. I read the paperwork waiting for my truck. Wmr back and asked about it and was told they normally keep those parts in stock, but would have to order them for me. Again, 3 weeks out i made this apt, and wasn't told about it when i picked up my vehicle.Hi, thank you for taking the time to bring this negative experience to our attention. Drivetrain Fault in Mach-E

Diagnostics determined certain module had become defective. New module… ordered/installed. Vehicle ready for pickup ~two days after drop off. by GrafighterLm on 04/20/2023I've taken my Shelby multiple times to Purvis for service since getting it in 2020. Every time i've taken the vehicle to purvis, there was some form of annoyance or complication. It started with the techs trying to tell me i needed to buy… new tires on my new car (less than 1,500 miles). Turns out their tech just didnt know to recognize the performance tires that came with the car... Fast forward to oil changes... Setup appointment, get told they will have it done in a few hours (2-3), ends up they dont START it until 2-3 hours later. Fast forward again to winter of 2022. Have AC issues on an abnormally warm day taking friend to his wedding. Try to setup an appointment with Purvis to get car checked, and am told by service rep that its not worth my time. "dont bother.." "they won't be able to get the AC to activate with the cold outside temperatures". I tried pushing back to get an appointment and was consistently pushed away and told not to setup and appointment / bring it in. Come March with warm weather, drop it off (to my own failure) the day my warranty expires to find out my AC line has failed. Purvis would not cover it under warranty, and almost refused to do ANYTHING to work with me. It took me half an hour of conversing through my service rep to the lead, to get Purvis to agree to a 10% discount, an "at employee cost" favor, and shuns me for not bringing my vehicle in earlier. "our techs wouldn't tell you not to bring it in with something like this". So in the end, my 750$ bill, with a 10% discount, cost me 800+..... all with little to no communication, unable to reach them on my own, had to stop by to get answers.... I tried to use my local Ford dealership, Purvis as the service for my PREMIUM vehicle.... a Shelby.... and was left constantly with problems, annoyances. I sadly should have listened to the concerns, and warnings from others on the lack of care / service they truly provide.Hi, we are so disappointed to learn of this situation you have described. Rude Service employee and oil leak
by Tmmadden on 04/16/2023I had my 2017 Ford F150 in for service in 2021 and was tools at that time the oil pan had a leak. That wasn’t the reason for the visit. I brought it in recently on 4/14/2023 and was told I had an oil pan leak. Over the years I’ve had a… couple vehicles that had oil pan leaks and had the gasket replaced and the leak never came back. It’s only been one and a half’s years since Purvis replaced the pan and gasket. Either the tech didn’t do a good job or the pan and gasket are defective. I ask the service representative why it would be leaking in such a short time and he goes into (you’re making accusations the tech didn’t do a good job) ! I didn’t say that but it’s one or the other. No way I’ll return. They’ve had issues in the past with keeping my vehicle for days after setting an appointment and getting different excuses from different service representatives why they have to keep the vehicle.Hi, thank you for sharing your honest feedback. Return to an old friend

Unfortunately for them I purchased three F-150 while I was away, I… am back in the area and just had a visit with Purvis Ford. The friendliness of their employees is great and they made me feel at home. I brought my car in for new brake pads/rotors 1/2/2023 and mentioned that my Sync was not always working and dropped calls sometimes and that I wanted the sync… 3.4 update. My car was there initially for 2 business days (they did give me a loaner over night) and when it came back, my entire APIM was dead though I had new brakes. I was told my year old battery was also dead. I was told it would be a 3 day wait for parts. It's now 6 weeks later and I finally got the APIM today. I had zero communications from Purvis. I called every few days as nobody gave me an update on the missing parts and even had an appointment for install 2/1 and thank god I called the night before as my part was not there and I had taken a vacation day for install. Called last week again saying is it here and guess what, it was and nobody called me. Today I brought the car in and while I now have the APIM, it is the same version I already had that they broke, 3.0 not 3.4 , so just essentially bought a new battery and $900 for a new APIM that still wasn't upgraded. Incredibly disappointed.
