Team was great. They were very upfront about the service I was looking for. Explorers are have trouble with their backup cameras and associated adaptive drive software and that was my problem. They told me they didn't have a fix yet but would let me know as soon as they did. I needed an oil change so went ahead with that. As part of their diagnostic check, they found my cruise control/adaptive drive module was dead and that they could fixit by the next day. I had an Enterprise warrantee on my car and they followed with the Enterprise company so they would pay for the repair. All worked out and the adaptive drive module is working now. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Superb service.
