I brought my 2018 Ford F-150 in for its 100,000 mile service including "The Works" and changing the oil in the rear differential, and to check the battery. I also asked my Service Advisor "Troy" to have the annual inspection done. I really appreciate the fact that Troy was willing to discuss my requirements for the truck due to business usage. He provided expert advice and the service was done on time and with no issues. Troy also discussed what they noted during the service and I really appreciate the fact that he provides all the necessary facts to help me make the right decisions regarding my vehicle service Troy even went outside and brought my truck to the service area himself for my convenience. I'd recommend bringing your vehicle in to Purvis and I'd ask for "Troy" to be your Service Advisor. I promise that you won't be disappointed.
