Safety Recall and Service

onMade an apt 3 weeks out for a safety recall and service. Dropped it off the night before. Left it all day the next day. Picked it up at the end of the day. The paper work was handed to me and vehicle brought up. NO mention that recall wasn't addressed. I read the paperwork waiting for my truck. Wmr back and asked about it and was told they normally keep those parts in stock, but would have to order them for me. Again, 3 weeks out i made this apt, and wasn't told about it when i picked up my vehicle.
