I had my 2017 Ford F150 in for service in 2021 and was tools at that time the oil pan had a leak. That wasn’t the reason for the visit. I brought it in recently on 4/14/2023 and was told I had an oil pan leak. Over the years I’ve had a couple vehicles that had oil pan leaks and had the gasket replaced and the leak never came back. It’s only been one and a half’s years since Purvis replaced the pan and gasket. Either the tech didn’t do a good job or the pan and gasket are defective. I ask the service representative why it would be leaking in such a short time and he goes into (you’re making accusations the tech didn’t do a good job) ! I didn’t say that but it’s one or the other. No way I’ll return. They’ve had issues in the past with keeping my vehicle for days after setting an appointment and getting different excuses from different service representatives why they have to keep the vehicle.
