Appointment never kept by Ford service

onI had an appointment for my F-250 on July 6th 2023 for 0730 in the morning. When I finally called at 5 PM I was told my truck never made it into the shop!!!!! I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! I needed my truck on Thursday evening on the 6th to pick up my boat to avoid an overnight fee. I was never called, I had to call Purvis Ford to find out the status of my truck. I was told my truck would be in first thing in the morning on the 7th!!! Let me repeat I had an appointment for the 6th of July at 0730. This is the second time that Purvis Ford did this to me! I’m fed up!!!
