I have purchased and serviced cars from Lexus and Mercedes and today received the worst customer service in my life from a Service Manager. Excellent Service Experience

by OneMR2X on 02/02/2018The service I received at BMW Silver Spring, Maryland was superior. A parking valet attendant lost the key to my BMW X3 at 1:30 am in the morning and I was 25 miles from home. The valet attendant was unconscious to the extent of his… action and how it adversely impacted me and my date. For example, he actually said with contempt "I said I was sorry." and "you can call an Uber". After waking up his management and calling the police to address the immediate issue of my lost key, I am happy to say that Brandi, in the service department assisted to obtain and reset a new key for my 2016 X3. Furthermore, as it is in bailment issues she knew it is the responsibility of the parking company to pay the cost of a new key and reset. Providing one less thing for me to do, she recovered the total cost associated with the lost key from the Parking Company. Thank you Brandi, you made my experience better to include the complementary loaner vehicle. I appreciate it, these are the amenities which make the cost of a BMW worthwhile.Thanks for sharing your detailed feedback. Excellent Service Adviser

When we bought our new car, a friend told me that Kristina was a fantastic service adviser and I have been very happy. We have two BMWs and… Kristina explains everything we need whether for our old car or the newer one that's still under warranty. Kristina explains the price of everything clearly and always does her best to make the repair cost as reasonable as possible. In addition, she always ensures we have a loaner car and is understanding if I get stuck at work when I'm scheduled to pick up my car. I highly recommend BMW of Silver Spring's service department and Kristina to any BMW owner living in the DC area.Hi Jeff. Jai Jennings is a true asset to BMW of Silver Spring

I have never met a more personable, genuine, honest, caring person and can't say enough good… things about him. He makes sure you and your car is given the best possible care and goes above and beyond to make sure you are very happy. You will not find a better person to assist you out there, trust me. I drive an hour (and longer) to go to see Jai, even though I could go to a different dealership within 20 miles of my home. It is that unique. He takes the time to explain everything, calls you to provide updates, and will call back promptly, if you leave a voicemail. I always come in happy and leave even happier, thanks to Jai Jennings. He truly is there for you and treats you extremely well. Kevin Hull is an excellent Service Advisor

I've been fortunate to own very desirable cars and have been to many… dealers for service over a number of years, so I have a good basis of comparison. Kevin is professional, knowledgeable, a great communicator, provides good advice, cuts a cost break when possible and I trust him. I go out of my way to call out excellent service when it happens, unfortunately in business that isn't as frequent as one would hope. Largely because of Kevin and the great job the rest of the folks do there, not only will this organization continue to have my service on my BMW's but when it comes time for another vehicle, I'll be going here as well.Good morning! by sfarid123 on 07/29/2014I highly recommend Bill C and his professional service staff of BMW of Silver Spring for their high expertize and comment in resolving the most challenging mechanical issues with my vehicle. My vehicle was purchased brand new from a… different dealership in the DC metro area and for many years it had inherited a creaking noise in the passenger side dash when driving over road bumps. I had tried different BMW service centers in my area to resolve the noise but none other than BMW of silver spring was successful to finally managed to resolve the issue.Thanks Thomas G!!!!!

I have had all of my mainteance performed from Tischer and they have done an outstanding job taking care of my… vehicle. Throughout this time, Joe D. has been my service manager - he has always taken care of the better than he promised when I dropped it off. Your in good hands when your car is taken care of by Joe and his team at Tischer.Best BMW staff ever!!!

They have been great each time I visit them, it could be for advise, regular maintanance… or for service. When you go for service they all are great, but try to get Thomas Grant, he gives a whole new meaning to customer service. He's honest from the very first minute, he will quickly become your trusted advisor. Very detail oriented and will take care of you and your car. It will give you that piece of mind feeling that it's so hard to find this days. He's very knowledgeable and helps you understand your car better during each step you take, he makes sure things are done on time, and done right. by mceophas on 08/10/2012updated 06/19/2025I received my vehicle and later noticed some noises, that of course only I could hear when driving but couldn't duplicate at the time of service. They replaced some equipment. I still heard the noise, and then a Service Manager road with… me. Couldn't duplicate the noise, but his knowledge of the vehicle pinpointed a possible cause. They replaced that equipment and though it seemed completely disconnected to my own diagnosis (because I attended auto school-smirk...I'm being facetious), it solved the issue. Again excellent knowledge base and trust and belief in the customer led to the noise disappearing. I'm grateful for the service I received in handling my phantom noise and I'm happy that the noise is gone too. SS BMW and their PBryant, has continued to provide excellent service for me, even with regular service.
