I have purchased two BMW's from this dealership and have had both vehicles serviced here for almost 15 years. Jai Jennings always goes above and beyond to ensure that I have a positive experience over the phone and when I bring in my car for routine maintenance or other service. His positive, professional attitude earn him a five star customer service rating in my book. Jai is extremely knowledgeable about the services required and guarantees quality and satisfaction. I never leave the dealership disappointed. Thanks Jai!
