Jai Jennings is the BEST!

I have been getting my BMW serviced at BMW of Silver Spring since 2010, and ever since Jai Jennings has been on staff my worries have decreased! He always provides a detailed summary of what is absolutely necessary versus what can wait until another time. I appreciate his candor and exceptional customer service! Jai is the reason I continue taking my car to the Silver Spring location. I know I will be taken care.
