Dealership Service Review
I received my vehicle and later noticed some noises, that of course only I could hear when driving but couldn't duplicate at the time of service. They replaced some equipment. I still heard the noise, and then a Service Manager road with me. Couldn't duplicate the noise, but his knowledge of the vehicle pinpointed a possible cause. They replaced that equipment and though it seemed completely disconnected to my own diagnosis (because I attended auto school-smirk...I'm being facetious), it solved the issue. Again excellent knowledge base and trust and belief in the customer led to the noise disappearing. I'm grateful for the service I received in handling my phantom noise and I'm happy that the noise is gone too. SS BMW and their PBryant, has continued to provide excellent service for me, even with regular service.
