Great service from BMW Silver Spring and Kristina W.

I took my X5 to be serviced at BMW Silver Spring and had a great experience. Kristina W. was great! She got me in and on my way quickly. She was very communicative with the status of my car and flexible regarding the pickup time. The whole experience was enjoyable and I will definitely drive back to BMW of Silver Spring for the next one. Thanks to Ms. W. and the entire staff.
