BMW of Silver Spring

I've been taking two BMW's to BMW of Silver Spring for several years. Kevin Hull is my service advisor and I believe he is one of the very best I've ever worked with. I've been fortunate to own very desirable cars and have been to many dealers for service over a number of years, so I have a good basis of comparison. Kevin is professional, knowledgeable, a great communicator, provides good advice, cuts a cost break when possible and I trust him. I go out of my way to call out excellent service when it happens, unfortunately in business that isn't as frequent as one would hope. Largely because of Kevin and the great job the rest of the folks do there, not only will this organization continue to have my service on my BMW's but when it comes time for another vehicle, I'll be going here as well.
