    My advisor Haley Pope met me as I got out of my truck in the service bay. I got checked in very quickly and she provided her number to ask any questions. My truck was ready when promised and everything was done and documented. Thank you for a very good experience.

  • Truck was brain dead

    My screen in my F150 went out, which meant I had no rear view camera, radio or usb charging. Turned it in for service and found out the computer “brain” was dead. I had the service rep Perry, and he was AMAZING! I was hesitant due to bad service in the past at dealerships, but Perry communicated, was professional and quick. I will come back just because of my experience with him.

  • I hope we never have to go back

    Called and scheduled an appointment for a recall. Lady was very nice, checked with the service manager and scheduled for a Wednesday appointment. Once we arrived our service advisor Perry stated he didn’t even know if the parts were in for a recall and that all service scheduling was handled by a call center in another state. We let him know we called the dealership directly and was confirmed with the service manager. We dropped off the car numerous times and was promised phone calls that never happened A week and a half later when their machinery was finally fixed when we went to pick up the car it couldn’t be found. I had to wait for almost an hour for them to find the car keys. I hope we never had to go back and will reconsider buying from ford again

    This dealership is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced in my 30 years of living no communication give run around continuously had my vehicle a total of 36 days received the part for a 4 hour job 2 saturdays ago and it’s still isn’t ready [non-permissible content removed] please save your money and don’t go to this garbage place

    Technician diagnosed a difficult problem, they got the parts and fixed the problem. EVERYONE at the dealership was great. No one likes to have truck breakdowns but it is great when the repair shop pulls together.

    My new vehicle purchase was very smooth. From the first time I called to inquire about the vehicle till the day I took deliver of the vehicle my salesman was on point! My salesman was very knowledgeable of the process. He made sure he communicated every step of the way from the vehicle production process, the shipment of the vehicle and gave me an estimated time of arrival as well. I also had a good experience with the finance department manager. He was very transparent and made sure I understand all the documents for the vehicle purchase. All in all I had a marvelous new vehicle purchase experience.

    I got in a car accident July 2021. I had it at the Collisions Center from August to October. They “fixed” it so when i picked it up they found a shake in. I took it back immediately. They “fixed” it again but it still had the shake. So from that point they told me they couldn’t do more and to go to Services. I took it to Services in January. I didn’t get it back until March. Still shakes. I gave up on they place. Plus they were going to charge me up so I’m never going back to a dealership especially this one.

  • Unacceptable Service

    I came to Jim Tidwell Ford with a laundry list of repairs, plus 2-3 recall items. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday morning. 72 hours later nothing had been done. Not one thing! I had to rent a car for 3 1/2 days while my car sat untouched in the Tidwell parking lot. One of the items on my list was a new key/fob for which they charged me $484. So a rental car + a fob cost me $784.

    I called to make appointment and was told it was not necessary for oil change and tail light check, I arrived and was first in line to be serviced the person said I should have made an appointment and he didn’t know why they keep telling people that. He said he would work me in for the oil change but I would need to make another appointment to have light looked at…Really??
